The arrival experience was seamless. every item on the menu was thoughtfully prepared and worth trying. every staff member i encountered was warm and friendly. the hotel is lucky to have rimesh. He is a amazing person.
there's not much going on in the hotel in the evenings by way of entertainment. the beach is not accessible privately. i had high expectations for this place and my stay did not live up to them.

the guest relations team greeted guests with warmth and efficiency. front office staff members were helpful with requests. restaurant staff offered attentive and friendly service. the general manager showed great leadership.

the main pool area was huge and well-kept. the resort organises tours of the national park. the gym included modern equipment. i saw animals directly on location, it felt special.

I found the room to be adorable. the villa included a heated pool. It was wonderful. buggy service made getting around simple.
the beach access was limited for private use. it was a shame.

Vishmi gave excellent service in the restaurant. She always helped us choose delicious dishes. Chef Jerome made some adjustments to dishes that suits my preferences. Jalath drove us around in the buggy and was very friendly.
I tried to book the dune walk. It was unavailable every time I asked.
